Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply when you use YourCollections, a web app for cataloging collections (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions: [email protected].
1. The service
The service lets you create collections with fields that you define, add items to them, share them with other people and see the history of changes. The service is in beta: it is free today, it can change, and it may have errors or interruptions. We may introduce paid plans later and will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
You must give a correct email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Your content
You own the content that you add (collections, items, photos, files). You give us the right to store and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share with. You promise that you have the right to add it and that it does not break the law or the rights of others.
4. Sharing
When you share a collection, the people you invite can see its content according to the role you give them (viewer, editor or administrator). You are responsible for who you invite. You can take the access back at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to upload malware or illegal content, to harm or harass others, to attack or overload the service, or to access data that is not yours.
6. Availability and changes
We try to keep the service available but do not promise that it will always work. We may change or stop a feature. Please keep copies of what is important to you.
7. Ending the use
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time (see “Delete my data”). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which during the beta is zero. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have by law.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published here with a new date. If you continue to use the service after the change, you accept the new terms.
10. Contact
