Delete your data
Last updated: October 1, 2026
You can delete your YourCollections account and all your data at any time. This page explains how. It also serves as the data deletion instructions for sign-in with Facebook and Google.
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the address of your account (or, if you signed in with Facebook or Google, from the email of that account). Use the subject “Delete my data”.
- We may reply with a question to confirm that the account is yours.
- We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
What we delete
- your account, profile and picture;
- all collections that you own, with their items, photos and files;
- your shares and notification settings;
- your sign-in tokens.
Collections owned by other people stay with their owners; your name remains in their change history only as a record of the changes that you made, and we remove it when you ask for it.
What we may keep
Server logs and backups are kept for a limited time for security and are overwritten within 30 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
If you signed in with Facebook or Google
After we delete your account, you can also remove the YourCollections app from your Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites) or Google account (Security → Third-party access) so that the provider stops sharing data with it.
